As an RBT at Blossom ABA Therapy, you will be at the forefront of delivering evidence-based treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Your role involves implementing these plans during in-home therapy sessions, directly engaging with children to help them learn new skills and reduce problematic behaviors.

Key Responsibilities
Direct Intervention:
Implement ABA therapy programs as designed by the supervising BCBA.

Accurately record data on the child’s performance and behavior during therapy sessions.

Work collaboratively with family members to ensure consistent implementation of therapeutic strategies.

Professional Conduct:

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
